1. Pricing

We aim to offer competitive pricing and the convenience of online booking. Prices listed on our website are per person unless stated otherwise and exclude tips for guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, room service, and laundry. Prices may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in flight, hotel, or transport costs.

2. Methods of Payment
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. The transaction will appear on your statement once completed.

3. Payment Confirmation
After payment, you will receive a confirmation slip via email from one of our travel consultants. This email serves as proof of payment, so please present it to the service provider upon request. Be sure to double-check your travel details when booking.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation

• Each tour, attraction, or hotel has its own cancellation policy. Make sure to review the specific cancellation policy before booking.
• If you book a combo tour but cancel one tour, the combo offer will be void, and you’ll be charged the individual price for the remaining tour(s). Refunds will be provided for the canceled portion only.
• Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
• Ensure all combo tour options are available at the time of booking. If not, you’ll only be able to use the services visible in the options.

4.2 No-Show

• Failure to show up for your booking will result in no refunds, either partial or full. This applies to unused tickets, tours, car rentals, or other services. No rescheduling is allowed for confirmed bookings, airport transfers, or other services.

5. Cancellation Procedures
Before canceling, please review the applicable cancellation rules. Cancellation requests must be sent to Nex World Travel & Tourism in writing. Once received, we will confirm your cancellation via email, fax, or phone and inform you of any applicable fees. We are not responsible for cancellations we do not receive or that we do not confirm.

6. Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may change due to local conditions, weather, flight schedules, or other factors. If this happens, we will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, depending on availability. Minor adjustments may be made without notice. Refunds are not available in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy
If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative of a similar budget and standard. Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel, and Nex World Travel & Tourism is not responsible for requests that hotels cannot accommodate due to scheduling.

8. Travel Insurance
Nex World Travel & Tourism is not liable for any damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

9. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary documents for your trip, such as passports or valid ID. This is particularly important for international travelers. We are not responsible for refunds due to missing or invalid documents. Please check with your consulate about entry requirements, visa rules, and health regulations before traveling, as they may change without notice.

10. Website Usage Restrictions
All content on this website, including logos, images, tour details, and pricing, is owned by Nex World Travel & Tourism. You agree not to use any content from this website for non-personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy
As per UAE law, Nex World Travel & Tourism does not provide services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Inclusion is mandatory and should have any one of the below mentioned points.
“Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE”.
